What is MEC water
MEC water is sterilized water with weak alkalinity that consists primarily of sodium hypochlorite, generated by electro-analyzing a saline solution created by heating salt added to tap water. MEC water is approved for sterilizing food the same as diluted sodium hypochlorite water, which is designated for food additives.
